day 1 :

  • Departure from Tena by car towards the river, where your Amazon adventure begins

  • Start of river navigation aboard a motorized canoe through the lush rainforest

  • Enjoy a box lunch while immersed in the wild beauty of the Amazon

  • Arrival at the jungle campsite, time to settle in and enjoy the surrounding

  • Free time to relax, connect with nature, or explore the area near the campsite

    • Dinner prepared with local ingredients and served under the stars

    • Optional night walk to discover the nocturnal life of the rainforest

    day 2 :

    • After breakfast, the journey continues downstream to a nearby Waorani community

    • Embark on a guided jungle walk, learning about medicinal plants, ancestral survival techniques, and the unique worldview of the Waorani people

    • Lunch will be enjoyed either in the community or back at camp, depending on the day’s flow

    • Canoe ride along the riverbanks allows for wildlife observation, you may spot birds, monkeys, reptiles, and more

    • After dinner at the campsite, the evening is yours to rest or share stories by the fire

    day 3 :

    • Start the day with a river journey toward a nearby lagoon with pportunity to try your hand at piranha fishing

    • Lunch

    • Cultural exchange with the local community, where you'll hear stories, learn traditional skills, and gain deeper insight into the Waorani’s relationship with the forest

    • Dinner

    day 4 :

    • Enjoy a peaceful breakfast and take in the final moments of your jungle experience

    • End of the experience and transfer to Tena
