day 1 :
Depart from Baños and embark on a 3-hour scenic drive to the entrance of the Carihuairazo climbing area
Hike to the base of the glacier, where we’ll set up camp and enjoy lunch
Receive a safety briefing from your expert guides, covering essential mountaineering techniques
Spend the evening soaking in the fresh mountain air and preparing for the summit ascent

day 2 :
At 6:00 AM, begin the exhilarating climb across the glacier towards the Maxima Peak (5,018m / 16,463ft)
Tackle a challenging yet rewarding 4-hour ascent, reaching the summit with breathtaking panoramic views
Descend back to camp, enjoy a well-earned lunch, and return to Baños
