Located north of Baltra, North Seymour Island was formed by underwater lava flow and is covered with vegetation typical of the archipelago. Its accessible trail allows you to explore one of the largest concentrations of seabirds in the Galapagos, including blue-footed boobies, frigate birds, and swallow-tailed gulls. The yellow land iguana, an emblematic species of the Galapagos, also lives here, along with marine iguanas, sea lions, and Sally Lightfoot crabs. Nearby, Bachas Beach is the perfect place to snorkel and spot pink flamingos in their natural habitat.
