Meet your guide in Tena and drive to the trailhead, located just outside the city. From here, begin a guided hike of approximately 40 minutes along jungle trails that follow the river, offering constant contact with the rainforest and its sounds.
As you walk, your guide will point out native plants, insects, and wildlife, with good chances of spotting tropical birds and other forest species. The trail leads to a secluded waterfall, where you can swim in refreshing natural pools or simply relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
After time to unwind and explore the area, enjoy a light snack before hiking back to the starting point. The tour concludes with a comfortable return to Tena, leaving you refreshed and connected to the Amazon.
