Travel from Tena by car, canoe, and a short jungle walk to reach the retreat center. Receive a warm community welcome before enjoying a traditional Amazonian lunch.
In the afternoon, begin your immersion with a silent jungle walk, a refreshing river swim, and a dinner made with local ingredients.
End the day with an ancestral tobacco ceremony, a powerful ritual of purification and intention-setting.

Start the morning with a Wayusa ceremony, followed by a wholesome breakfast. Connect with the Earth through a barefoot walk, experience natural body painting, and deepen your presence with guided meditation.
After lunch, enjoy a silent walk and riverside meditation, ending the day with dinner and a night tobacco ceremony.day 3
Begin again with Wayusa and breakfast before tuning into the jungle through a silent nature walk.
After lunch, practice mindfulness meditation, explore ancestral drumming, swim in the river, and close the day with dinner and a tobacco ceremony.day 4
Welcomed by the Wayusa ritual, enjoy breakfast and head into the forest for a waterfall meditation.
After lunch, rest and swim in the river. Evening activities include a final dinner followed by your choice of a sacred plant ceremony or a night jungle walk.day 5
Share a farewell breakfast and enjoy a beautiful cultural presentation of dances, songs, and crafts.
A closing ceremony and final lunch mark the end of your Amazon retreat before returning to Tena with renewed energy and deeper connection.

Food: Primarily vegetarian or vegan, with occasional fish.Facilities & recommendations: No Western-style toilets; designated areas are available. Bring biodegradable wipes and plastic bags for waste.
Unplug & recharge: Limited internet (for emergencies only). Accommodation in shared rooms or tents. Solar-powered electricity—use devices sparingly.
Silent walks: Guided walks (2 to 4 hours) designed for deep nature connection, stress reduction, and mindfulness.Optional ceremonies: All ceremonies last 2 to 3 hours and participation is voluntary.
Wayusa ceremony: A Kichwa tradition at 4 AM, where participants drink wayusa tea to share dreams and plan the day. The beverage contains theine but no hallucinogens or caffeine.
Ancestral tobacco ceremony: A nighttime ritual with rainforest tobacco, meditation, and reflections by the fire, sometimes followed by a night walk. Aims to enhance lucid dreaming.
Sacred plant ceremony: A firelit ceremony with songs and drumming, using Ayahuasca or mushrooms (optional, $120 per person) to connect with nature and ancestry.

Lightweight, breathable, and long-sleeved for protection, comfortable shoes and hiking boots or closed-toe shoes, a waterproof jacket or poncho, reusable water bottle, biodegradable toiletries, headlamp or flashlight, insect repellent (preferably natural or DEET-free), hat, sunglasses, and eco-friendly sunscreen, notebook & pen, small backpack, swimsuit, towel.
