Discover each step of the bean-to-bar chocolate process—from selecting and roasting cacao beans to grinding, refining, and molding your own chocolate.

Enjoy a cup of rich, freshly made hot chocolate paired with a homemade cookie while learning professional tasting techniques.

Finish the experience by crafting your own personalized chocolate bars to take home as a delicious Amazonian souvenir.
