Learn the ancestral method of preparing yuca chicha, participate in its fermentation process, and enjoy a tasting rooted in centuries of cultural tradition. Explore the chakra, a sustainable agroforestry system where medicinal plants, fruits, and Amazonian staples are grown. Harvest fresh ingredients and take part in cooking maito, a traditional dish wrapped in bijao leaves and cooked over an open fire.
